Here's the plan for the last few class meetings of Bibliovores. Since we will have several additional students during Open House I am going to reverse the plans for the last two class meetings. 11/10 - We will discuss the book The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupery 11/17 - We will play a few games to test what we've learned about genres this year. If each student could bring 2 or 3 books from home we'll use those in an identification and sorting game. These can be any books from picture books to technical writing; the greater the variety the better. 12/1 - We will discuss Bull Run by Paul Fleischman Let me know if you have any questions.
